Try and Try Again

For those of you who actually noticed (most of you won't read this until after you've seen the gallery) I did not make it into the OCT, surprise surprise. *jovial laughter*

Honestly, I never expected to get in the tournament. Sure it would have been fun and I enjoyed putting my entry together, but there were so many more talented artists entering (who did full color comics and actually had backgrounds) that my chances of making it in were microscopic and I was fully aware of that. So no tears were shed over seeing the contestants list minus myself, only a wry smile and a "I figured" appeared.

Anyway, this was fun and I won't let it get me down. I got some good experience on drawing comics and an idea of how long it takes. Next time, if there ever is a next time, I will be more prepared.

Mostly school work. This past year at college was pretty busy. I'm hoping this next one will be relatively easy.

Other than that I've been practicing my drawing and trying to get at least a little more of my writing done. I have also done a great many other things that are too numerous to list. ;)

Not much.

I've started working the sound booth at church.

I also have an application to work at Dominos Pizza with my mom and my mom's friend's daughter, who is also my mom's friend, who is also my friend XD

I can only apply in August though. Cause of some reason d:

Lunis will be going to college in a month or two, so that'll be different O:
